Jesus enters Jerusalem on a colt, greeted by crowds praising him and laying out garments and branches. He cleanses the temple, driving out merchants and declaring it a house of prayer. Later, he curses a fig tree for bearing no fruit and uses it as a metaphor for faith and prayer.
